SERVICE SUPERVISOR
Rockhampton
This position requires a well-organized mind, excellent customer service skills together with outstanding technical knowledge gained from the automotive, mechanical or hydraulics industry.
Maybe you want to come off the tools or maybe you have just finished your apprenticeship and want to further your knowledge in administration.
This is a pivotal role in our company and you will be responsible for taking the repair / service enquiries from our clients and then despatching the work to the Field Service Technicians. You will be responsible for their schedules and for their material requirements.
The use of a company utility and to work with a great friendly team in a great part of Australia is a plus for this position.

Skills required:
Excellent customer service skills
Be highly organised and able to perform under pressure.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ideally you will have experience in a similar role
Like being busy
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Pronto.
